Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience working with youth and adults. I have worked with clients who are facing difficulties related to past trauma, lack of self-esteem, anxiety and depression, loneliness, lack of direction and many other concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I help clients identify negative thought patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical skills to manage stress and emotions more effectively. Together, we will work toward meaningful change and personal growth, promoting resilience and a balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors together. We’ll work as a team to identify patterns, develop new coping strategies, and set achievable goals. Clients often leave with greater clarity, increased self-awareness, and practical tools they can use in their daily lives to manage stress, improve relationships, and foster personal growth.
