Hi, I am Tiffany, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) serving clients in Virginia and Washington, D.C. I support women navigating anxiety, identity questions, and the stress of living across different cultural contexts. My style is warm, collaborative, and affirming, grounded in the belief that healing can look different for everyone and should honor who you are.
I use evidence based approaches, including CBT and culturally responsive care, to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels manageable. I look beyond symptoms to understand your story, values, and community. I am especially passionate about working with women of color, immigrant women, and first and second generation clients who carry layered experiences.
