Howdy, and welcome! My name is Tiffany Chambers and I did my undergrad at Texas A&M University and got an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I’m also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Someone only feels strong enough to move forward when they have someone moving with them.

My areas of expertise include treating PTSD, anxiety, birth trauma, phobias, and helping survivors of narcissistic abuse. I also specialize in performance enhancement psychology, providing support for academic, professional, and athletic success.

Many people come to therapy unsure of why they’re experiencing anxiety, physical discomfort, or challenges in their relationships. My goal is to help you heal from trauma in a focused and efficient way, so you can experience less distress when revisiting past or present difficulties.
