Relationship Issues and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Dr. Tiffany, a clinical psychologist with a specialized focus on supporting new moms and polyamorous/non-monogamous people. Whether you're navigating the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy or postpartum life, or looking for a therapist who truly understands the complexities of ethical non-monogamy, you're in the right place.

My practice offers a judgment-free, affirming space where you can explore identity, attachment, parenting transitions, and partnership dynamics with authenticity and intention. I blend clinical expertise with a down-to-earth, real-world approach—supporting you through anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and the transformative shifts that come with building a family or navigating love on your own terms.

This is a boutique, high-touch practice—I work with a limited number of clients to ensure privacy, flexibility, and deeply personalized care. Please note, Relationship Therapy is private-pay only, allowing us to work without insurance restrictions and fully focus on your healing, your pace, your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, I draw upon various theories to create a comprehensive and holistic therapeutic experience. Whether you’re addressing concerns related to your relationship structure or navigating issues with communication, my goal is to foster a safe space where everyone can explore and deepen their understanding of the self.

What you can expect from our first session

I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to do the deep work—people who may not have all the answers, but have the self-awareness to know they’re ready for change. Therapy with me isn’t surface-level; it’s intentional, sometimes uncomfortable, but always grounded in respect, curiosity, and forward movement.

My clients are often:

  • At a meaningful crossroads in their lives—welcoming a child, redefining their identity, or navigating complex relationship dynamics.
  • Open to exploring themselves with honesty and courage.
  • Ready to commit to weekly therapy, knowing that consistent work leads to lasting transformation.

This is not a drop-in or casual therapy space. I do my best work with those who are all in—willing to show up weekly, reflect between sessions, and co-create a process that honors both your inner work and your real-world growth.
