Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tiffany, a licensed professional counselor offering virtual therapy to teens and adults across South Carolina. I support people through grief, loss, and major life transitions, and I work with families navigating conict, stress, and relationship strain.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). In practice, that means we look closely at the thoughts and patterns driving your stress or grief, build a clear, realistic plan for the specic changes you want to make, and use the stories you tell about your life to nd new ways through hard chapters. I bring a collaborative, practical style: sessions are a space to be honest about what's not working and to leave with concrete next steps, not just to talk in circles.

What you can expect from me

Your rst session is a conversation, not an evaluation. We'll talk through what brought you to therapy, whether that's grief, a family or relationship struggle, stress, or a learning-related challenge, and start mapping out what progress looks like for you. From there, we build a pace and plan that ts your life, with clear steps between sessions so you always know what we're working toward and why.
