Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can regain clarity, emotional stability, and confidence. My goal is to help you move forward with a stronger sense of direction and greater peace of mind. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, or significant stress and want a safe place to process what they have been through.
