Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in providing trauma-informed and survivor-centered care to clients impacted by sexual violence, harassment, intimate partner violence, and stalking. My experience also consists of providing educationally related mental health services to children and adolescents with special education needs struggling with adhd, anxiety, depression, autism, and complex intergenerational/developmental trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients can expect me to utilize a person centered and collaborative approach to treatment. This means that I am an equal partner in supporting you along your healing journey. You can expect me to ask questions to illicit further insight into your challenges, provide opportunities to expand your knowledge and understanding of your symptoms, and support you in identifying helpful coping strategies to utilize outside of session.

What you can expect from our first session

During our initial session, you can anticipate me asking what brings you to therapy and asking open-ended questions to illicit further understanding of how your symptoms are currently impacting you today. This will help us in exploring areas in which we can collaborate together in order to help you in being able to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
