Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported—without judgment. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward at your own pace. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences, I provide a supportive environment where we can work through those challenges together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, honesty, and practical support. I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life. Clients often appreciate that our sessions feel both supportive and productive—we focus not only on understanding what you’re going through, but also on what steps you can take to feel better.

What you can expect from me

I began my work in the mental health field in 2009, starting in intensive outpatient substance use treatment and comprehensive child and family therapy, along with case management services. Over the years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in both community mental health and outpatient settings, and have also served as a clinical supervisor. This background has given me a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of how life experiences, relationships, and stressors impact mental health. If you’re looking for a therapist who is approachable, compassionate, and focused on helping you make real progress, I would be honored to work with you.
