Welcome! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Sex Therapist and Addictions Professional and a Certified EMDR Therapist, during session we will work together to rewrite the narratives read by your internal voice and reframe your thinking. I’ll assist you by giving you the tools and resources that are needed to strengthen your mindset daily, allowing you to increase your confidence in yourself and your abilities to take control of your life and make the best decisions possible for your overall health and well-being.

I treat individuals struggling with recovering from narcissistic abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and abuse, low self-esteem, anger management, racial issues, women issues, codependency and relationship conflict, marital counseling, divorce counseling, narcissistic abuse recovery, and other life stressors. I am A certified EMDR Therapist and treat trauma extensively.

My goal is to help you recognize and achieve your full potential, attain your personal goals and enhance your relationship with yourself and others.
