Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. My professional background has taught me the importance of looking beyond a diagnosis and building genuine connections with my patients.

I offer telehealth appointments throughout California, with early morning and evening availability, because I believe care should fit into your life, not the other way around.

Outside of my practice, I'm a devoted dog and cat mom who enjoys expressing my creative side through cake decorating. I bring that same warmth, compassion, and dedication to caring for my patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to patient care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective mental health care begins with truly listening and understanding you as a person, not simply treating a diagnosis. I take a thoughtful, conservative approach to medication, using it purposefully and only when appropriate. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, respects your preferences, and helps you feel and function at your best.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to understand you beyond a list of symptoms. I want to know what has been happening in your life, what has brought you to this point, what you’ve already tried, and what you would genuinely like to change. We’ll talk about your mental and physical health, medications, and past treatment, but your story will guide the conversation.

Before we make decisions about treatment, I want you to understand your options and feel comfortable with the direction we’re taking. We’ll talk through what may help, what may not be necessary, and any concerns you have—especially when it comes to medication. By the end of our visit, my goal is for you to feel that I understand what you’re experiencing and that we have a clear, thoughtful plan for moving forward together.
