Great to meet you!

Every child, teen, and adult deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Hi, I'm Tiffany. First and foremost, I want you to know that reaching out for support takes real courage, and I don't take it lightly that you're considering letting me be part of your journey. I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I also support clients through relationships, PTSD, panic disorders, bipolar disorders, ADD/ADHD, and everyday stress that has started to feel like too much.

Outside of my work, I'm a mom to a 14-year-old son, so I know firsthand how life can feel full, messy, and beautiful all at once. Parenting has taught me a lot about patience, listening, and meeting people exactly where they are, and I bring that same spirit into the therapy room. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, never judged, and always respected as the expert on your own life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, warm, and tailored to who you actually are, not a one-size-fits-all formula. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and blend them based on what fits you best. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT to help you understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, especially when past experiences are still weighing on the present.

For clients who want to focus on building momentum and identifying their own strengths, I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). When I'm working with children and families, I lean on Play-Based Therapy Skills and Child-Parent Psychotherapy to strengthen connection and help kids express what words alone can't always capture. Above all, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, more like yourself, and more equipped to handle whatever comes next.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other, and there's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to. Think of it as a conversation rather than an interview. I'll ask some questions to understand what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to work toward, and what support has (and hasn't) felt helpful in the past.

Just as importantly, this is your chance to get a feel for me and decide whether we're a good fit, because that relationship is the foundation of everything we do together. You can expect warmth, honesty, and a pace that feels comfortable to you. By the end of our time, my hope is that you'll leave feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and with a clearer sense of where we might go from here.
