Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Tiffany Cummins, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Florida. I’m the founder of Willow Wellness Counseling, LLC, where my goal is to provide a calm, supportive space for individuals to heal, grow, and rediscover balance.

I’ve spent years working in both hospital-based behavioral health and private practice settings, supporting adults through life transitions, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My background in crisis stabilization has shaped my ability to remain grounded, compassionate, and present even in life’s most difficult moments.

Clients who work with me can expect warmth, humor, and genuine care. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I’m here to walk beside you as you navigate change and create the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered—meaning our sessions are tailored to your specific needs, goals, and pace. I incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients gain insight, regulate emotions, and find relief from distress.

I see therapy as a balance between exploration and action. Together, we’ll work to understand the “why” behind patterns while developing practical tools for the present. My focus is on helping you feel empowered, supported, and capable of meaningful change—whether that means processing the past, managing daily stress, or strengthening your sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. I take time to understand what’s working well in your life and where you’d like to see change, so together we can create a plan that feels realistic, personal, and purposeful.

I work collaboratively, meaning we’ll outline goals together and use outcome measures—such as brief assessments or progress check-ins—to track your growth over time. These tools help us look back and see how far you’ve come, while also identifying areas that might need more attention.

You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you leave the first session with a sense of direction, hope, and the reassurance that you’re not walking this journey alone.
