Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a background that includes residential treatment, outpatient therapy, and program leadership. I’ve spent years helping women and teens work through trauma, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, relationship stress, and identity challenges.

Before entering private practice, I served as a Program Director in a residential treatment center, where I worked closely with clients experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma histories, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. I’ve provided therapeutic support for adolescents, single parents, first-generation women, survivors of trauma, and clients seeking deeper emotional and personal healing.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, grounded space where clients can explore who they are, heal old wounds, and grow into the healthiest version of themselves. I bring warmth, transparency, and strong clinical structure to therapy, helping clients make sense of their experiences and build new patterns that support long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and deeply intentional. I focus on helping clients understand the root of their emotions, their patterns, and their identity so they can build stability and confidence from the inside out. I use a trauma-informed blend of CBT, DBT, identity work, and inner-child healing to help clients regulate, break cycles, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal at their own pace while developing tools that work beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and structured space where we focus on understanding who you are, what you’ve experienced, and what you want to work toward. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, your current challenges, and the patterns you’ve noticed in your emotions and relationships. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and understood from the very beginning. We’ll start identifying your goals, clarifying what you want out of therapy, and exploring the root causes behind what you’re feeling. You won’t be rushed, judged, or pressured — just encouraged, guided, and met exactly where you are.
