Tiffany Fowler

I am a Licensed Therapist and graduate of the University of Florida, with over 20 years of counseling experience. My clinical knowledge ranges from childhood through adulthood in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment, crisis stabilization, in-patient and out-patient care, and the educational system. I am well versed in many treatment areas, and have expertise in supporting clients with Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, Parenting, Relationships and Personal Development.

My approach is client-centered and goal oriented. This means you and I will work together to identify barriers to health and happiness, while treatment plans and strategies will be tailored to meet your unique needs. I utilize perspectives from Humanistic Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques from Solution Focused Counseling to help clients clarify goals, define their vision for personal growth, gain acceptance, and create a path forward through challenging times.

You can expect a safe, supportive, and productive space for us to work collaboratively. Growth and change are not easy, so I like to infuse a bit of humor when appropriate as there is hope in laughter. My goal is for clients to leave with a sense of optimism, comfort, and clarity, while feeling empowered to take on life's challenges with greater confidence. Life is both painful and beautiful and there are lessons to gain from both our successes and struggles.
