Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm a dedicated board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University. Fluent in English and Spanish. I'm passionate about mental health and devoted to providing the highest quality of service to each of the patients. I take time to understand each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals to provide personalized and compassionate care. My goal is to approach each patient with kindness, respect, and understanding so they feel valued and heard.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and patient-centered. I believe in treating the whole person not just the symptoms by addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of mental health.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative approaches such as lifestyle modification, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to promote lasting wellness.

My goal is to partner with each client to develop personalized care plans that enhance resilience, restore balance, and support overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll take time to discuss your current concerns, personal history, and goals for care so I can gain a clear understanding of your unique experiences and needs.

I’ll also explain how the treatment process works, review your intake forms, and answer any questions you may have about medication options, therapy approaches, or lifestyle strategies. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized care plan that aligns with your goals for emotional and mental wellness. You can expect compassion, collaboration, and a holistic approach that focuses not only on managing symptoms but also on helping you build resilience and achieve long-term well-being.
