Great to meet you!

Does it feel like you're carrying more than someone your age should have to? Maybe you're watching your daughter withdraw, struggle with anxiety, or navigate emotions that seem too overwhelming to put into words. Or perhaps you're a young woman who has spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to take care of yourself. You don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins when you have a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself without judgment, pressure, or expectations. Together, we'll work to better understand what's underneath the anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional pain while building practical tools that help you feel more confident navigating life's challenges. Working in a residential treatment setting has given me experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions with compassion, patience, and curiosity. For virtual therapy, I primarily work with teens ages 12+ and young adult women who are looking for a supportive space to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk about what's been bringing you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you hope life could look like with support. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you move toward the life you want.
