Dr. Tiffany Gilmore Randell

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my primary specialty is providing assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as individuals with behavioral concerns and emotional difficulties. Furthermore, I enjoy working with and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure that the child is receiving appropriate treatment interventions to fit their individual needs

I utilize both behavior and cognitive-behavioral therapy, and incorporates additional methods based on the specific needs of the child. For smaller children, therapy includes art, play, games, talk, instruction, and collaboration with parents and teachers. Therapy for adolescents includes a combination of discussion, instruction, homework, and follow-up.

Our goal is to develop an alliance between our clinicians and parents. We strive to make our therapy sessions easily generalizable to caregivers and the natural environment.
