Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who helps teens and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and burnout. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from their needs. Together, we create a compassionate, down-to-earth space where you can build clarity, confidence, and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. I draw on understanding of the brain, relationships, body awareness, and creative tools to meet you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. In sessions, you can expect curiosity, gentle challenge, and active support. If you’re open to it, I may integrate visual tools, metaphor, or even game-based approaches to make healing more engaging.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll leave with more clarity and practical tools to navigate daily life with greater self-trust. We’ll focus on understanding your current struggles, identifying what’s been keeping you stuck, and setting meaningful goals for our work together.

Over time, therapy can help you shift from over-functioning or shutting down into more balanced, grounded living. My clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and empowered to show up more fully in their own lives.
