Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tiffany Gray. I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients in a variety of settings. I began my career as a registered nurse in critical care and emergency medicine, then went on to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus in oncology before continuing my training in psychiatry. Those experiences taught me how closely mental health, physical health, and everyday life are connected. Today, I bring that perspective into every visit, with care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered on understanding you as a whole person.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care starts with getting to know you as a person, not just a list of symptoms or a diagnosis. I want to understand what brought you to treatment, how your symptoms are affecting your everyday life, and what you would like to see improve. I believe treatment decisions should be made together, with clear conversations about your options, concerns, and goals. As treatment continues, we pay attention to what is actually changing and adjust when something is not working the way we hoped. My goal is for treatment to feel personal, collaborative, and focused on meaningful progress in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a clear picture of what you have been experiencing. We will talk about your current concerns, your history, how symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you hope will improve with treatment. I may also ask about previous treatments, medications, medical history, relationships, work, sleep, and other areas that can help me better understand the whole picture. From there, we will discuss my initial impressions and your treatment options together, including any questions or concerns you may have. My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling heard, informed, and clear about what comes next.
