Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Tiffany!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I specialize in helping adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions.

I am based in Central Texas and work with clients statewide via Telehealth.

I realize making the decision to begin therapy is not always an easy one, so I applaud you for being here!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a partnership in which the therapist and client work together. I want to help you achieve your therapeutic goals by listening, providing feedback, and empowering you to feel more confident. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based therapy. However, each client is unique which dictates to me what type of approach to use.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I would like to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. I feel it is important to establish what you hope to gain along with any reservations you may have. I strive to listen to my clients without distraction while offering them a safe, non-judgmental space to express themselves. Therapy is often serious but I believe there is also a time to be light-hearted, laugh, and celebrate one's achievements.
