As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe optimal health and wellness in life begins with your mental/emotional health. I have years of experience as an inpatient psychiatric nurse and specialize in Depression, ADHD, Anxiety and Bipolar Disorder.
I use a holistic approach in practice, providing support that looks at the whole person and together we create a treatment plan prioritizing your overarching goal.
In our initial session, I provide a brief introduction and provide ample time for you to share your story and goals, I'll provide my feedback and together we will discuss next steps. We all have to ride "waves" in life, the highs and lows. Allow me to hold your hand and we shall navigate them together.
