Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have 5 years of experience with therapy in working with children from the ages of 5-17, adults in individual therapy, marriage counseling, family counseling, and addictions counseling. I would love to meet you to chat about how we can work together to help you achieve your goals. Everyone goes through periods in life where they need a little extra support and guidance, and I am here to help you in your transition.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus quite a bit on compassion and emotion based therapy. I incorporate humanistic, behavioral, and cognitive behavioral therapy into my practice. I believe I am very fluid and able to adapt to the needs of my clients quickly and efficiently.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal for you is to be comfortable and feel as if you are able to tell me anything and everything. In order for therapy to truly work, there has to be a feeling of trust and confidence between clinician and client. I want to help you through your difficult times, and in order to do so, I will provide a safe space for you.
