Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, and chronic health conditions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, reactivity, or burnout.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in both emotional and practical support. I focus on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses, while building skills to feel more stable, regulated, and in control. I often incorporate strategies focused on nervous system regulation, coping skills, and improving day-to-day functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs. I focus on helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses, especially when anxiety, stress, or health concerns feel overwhelming.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and nervous system regulation strategies to help reduce anxiety, improve emotional balance, and build effective coping skills. Therapy is both supportive and practical, with a focus on creating real, sustainable change in your day-to-day life.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported, while also helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s been bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns at your own pace, and we’ll begin to identify patterns, stressors, and goals for our work together.

I’ll also help you start to make sense of what you’re experiencing, including how stress, emotions, and physical symptoms may be connected. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of next steps.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
