Tiffany Holden is the lead clinician and founder of The Mental Health Triage. Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 7 years of clinical experience in community behavioral health. Her education and training have led her to study aboard in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she collaborated with non-governmental organizations to address social issues like mental illness, domestic violence, and the rapid development of HIV/AIDS.
Tiffany offers a compassionate and client-centered approach to treat a range mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Tiffany is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth and healing using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Treatment.
