I believe we all have a story and our experiences help shape and form us. We can use our history to teach, to learn and to be empowered by it. For twenty years I have worked in multi-levels with children and families in various settings from outpatient social services to medical hospital and psychiatric hospitals.
I am a practical straightforward therapist who believes as long as you are breathing change is possible. I use multi-systemic approach pulling from various models: Strength based, CBT and DBT models.
My focus is to build a rapport with you while I learn your strengths and values to help you achieve your goals. My desire is for you to feel heard, hopeful and empowered.
