Tiffany Joy Hebron

Hello! I have been in the field about 13 years. I hold my LPC in NJ and PA and my LMHC in NY. I completed my undergraduate studies at Bryn Mawr College, my post-bacc in Neuroscience and Psychology at Columbia University and my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University. In my practice, I provide individual therapy for adults; with a focus on women’s issues, phase of life transitions and ADHD. As an ADHD-CCSP, I have additional specialization and training within this population.

My therapeutic style is warm and open. I describe myself as an eclectic clinician, but tend to borrow heavily from humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based work. I also incorporate ACT, DBT and CBT, strategies into sessions and treatment planning. I feel that clients should be viewed as a whole person, who is made up of a multitude of gifts, talents and strengths that are meaningful and important; and should be explored beyond the context of one identified issue or problem.

It is my goal to create a safe and meaningful space for my clients to process their challenges, acquire coping skills and strategies. I want my clients to feel seen, heard and validated. My hope is that each session gives my clients relief, and reassurance that they are moving toward a better version of themselves.
