Therapy is a place where we feel validated, understood and accepted for the first time in a long time or ever by confronting our pain and reclaiming our lives without fear of judgement or ridicule. I like to meet with all my clients in whatever stage of their lives they might be in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and therapeutic way. Reaching out to someone willing to listen can be the first step toward healing. That is where I come in.

Although my counseling practice view clients through a person-centered lens, I tailor treatment plans to meet the needs of each client.

Understanding that you are the expert of your life, I use an integrative approach to empower clients to find solutions, while using me as the facilitator.

Additionally, I use evidenced-based treatments such as EMDR and CPT with the goal of meeting the client where they are and assisting them in navigating their new direction.

I believe that building your self-awareness and rapport with each other are the greatest keys to meeting your goals. During counseling you will gain a greater understanding of self and the impacts of your experience, which will ultimately foster growth, development and empowerment.

At the core on my practice is a trusting, therapeutic alliance based on empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence. I will always look to explore your issues through your lens and without judgement.
