I have a passion for helping others. I graduated from Hunter College with a Master's Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2020 and have helped many individuals with medication management and therapy. I specialize in treating autism, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is hollistic , seeking to incorporate the mind, body and spirit to achieve both internal and extrernal restoration with the least amount of medication. I believe in using mindfulness, therapy and healthy lifestyle changes as a way to heal.
