Great to meet you!

I’m excited that you’ve chosen to incorporate therapy into your self-care practice. I focus on adolescent advocacy and supporting women as they navigate different seasons of life. I have extensive training in working with a variety of concerns and am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults transition into adulthood, explore their identity and purpose, and navigate life changes. I also work with women as they move through transitions related to family, career, relationships, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to therapy and have training in working with a variety of concerns. I support adolescents and young adults as they transition into adulthood by honoring their individual stories and helping them explore their values, purpose, and goals. I also work with women as they navigate life’s transitions and changing roles. I recognize the important role family systems play in overall well-being and healthy functioning, and I integrate person-centered and solution-focused approaches to create a collaborative, strengths-based, and supportive therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

I make it a priority to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and valued in each session. Therapy is a safe space where active listening is central, and clients are encouraged to express their thoughts and emotions freely, knowing their feelings are respected and supported. While the work is meaningful and intentional, I also bring my authentic personality into the space many clients find moments of laughter along the way, which helps create a warm, comfortable, and engaging therapeutic environment
