Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for over 10 years. I work closely with my clients, identifying their core needs and providing coping skills that improve maladaptive behaviors and promote living a healthier life. I see therapy as a technique that helps manifest the strengths that one already has within, with the experience being very helpful and healing over people's expectations.

My approach to therapy

I believe that utilizing an Eclectic Approach and meeting the client where they are is a catalyst for change. I view therapy as a journey for oneself. Identifying, processing, and evaluating the story within promotes a journey to living your most authentic lifestyle. You are the expert of your journey. And I am present to help you navigate through your journey to bring out the strengths that may have been lost but are already within.

What you can expect from me

In working with me, clients will be able to navigate through the twist and turns of life. Utilizing varied treatment modalities, (CBT, Emotion Regulation, Strengths, Healthy coping skills, Motivational Interviewing, Phase 1 Trauma treatment to name a few) I am able to help the client identify the core issues and bring about hope and a newfound ability to redesign to your healthiest self.
