Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a psychotherapist who believes healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My background as a school counselor and in community mental health has shown me the strength people carry, even in hard times. I hold a doctorate in Professional Counseling, but more importantly, I offer a safe, inclusive space where you can slow down, untangle what feels heavy, and move toward growth. You don't need to figure it all out-I'll meet you right where you are.

My approach to therapy

My style is conversational and down-to-earth- I want therapy to feel like an honest, supportive dialogue, not a clinical interview. I use an eclectic approach, but draw most often from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients gain insight and make meaningful changes. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and provide an affirming, inclusive space where all identities and experiences are honored. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

After a session with me, clients often leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction. You can expect to gain practical tools for managing challenges, more profound insight into the patterns shaping your life, and encouragement to take small, meaningful steps forward. My hope is that each session gives you not just relief in the moment, but also a growing sense of confidence and possibility for lasting change.
