Hello, I am Tiffany, I am a Licensed Child and Family therapist. I have been a therapist for 22 years and love it. My experience has allowed me to acquire the therapeutic skills needed to work effectively with those whose struggles include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, relationship issues, family conflict, and trauma.
Each person deserves an individualized approach to care and so we will be a team on your therapeutic journey adapting to your needs.I use an integrated approach, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. My foundation includes evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and ACT, which help clients understand and change patterns of thought and behavior. I also specialize in processing past experiences through EMDR. I use Psychoanalytic principles, and maintain a focus on a Strength-Based perspective. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, help you through struggles, and support you on your therapeutic journey.
We can start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share what you hope to achieve in therapy and see if you feel like we are a match. Then we can schedule a first session where we will work together to figure out your therapy goals and get to know who you are what struggles you are having. I work to create a welcoming environment that helps you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe.
