My name is Tiffany, I love my career as a counselor and I'm honored to walk with people on their journey. I am certified in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in the following: anxiety, trauma, ptsd, stress management, life changes, substance use and pregnancy and postpartum anxiety/depression. I am an ally to the LGBTQI+ population.

I believe healing and understanding is possible and believe that you are your own best expert. I use a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to try and help you understand you better, heal, grow, reach your goals and overall work with, instead of against, your body and emotions.

My hope is that my office feels like a safe, non-judgmental, warm and healing place for you to share your story, concerns and goals in confidence. My hope is we can work together to increase connection, healing and desired change.
