Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a warm, affirming space where you can be yourself while gaining practical skills to navigate life's challenges. We'll work together to build on your strengths, better understand what's getting in your way, and help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

I'm Tiffany Manning, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to make meaningful changes.

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that you have the ability to create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, structured, and collaborative. I believe therapy should offer both a safe space to be heard and practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I draw from Choice Theory, DBT, narrative, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, experiences, and patterns influencing your life while focusing on the choices and changes that can move you toward your goals.

My goal is to help you strengthen your coping skills, recognize your resilience, and feel more empowered to navigate challenges and make decisions that support your well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to accomplish. You can share at your own pace, there's no pressure to have everything figured out or tell your entire story right away.

We'll talk about your strengths, challenges, and goals and begin creating a treatment approach that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we can go from here.
