Great to meet you!
I began my career in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, where I worked with patients and families as they navigated mental health crises and transitions out of the hospital. After attending Seattle University for graduate school, I moved into medical social work followed by a return to inpatient psychiatry. Working across psychiatric and medical settings gave me the opportunity to support people through the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Over time, I became drawn to the deeper, longer-term work that is possible in therapy. I eventually took the leap into private practice, where I now have the privilege of building ongoing therapeutic relationships and helping clients better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.
