Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when painful experiences, anxiety, or relationship challenges begin affecting the way you see yourself and the life you want to create. You may be carrying emotional wounds that feel difficult to move beyond, struggling to trust yourself again, or wondering if lasting healing is possible. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and women's issues. I work with adults and adolescents because I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space where you can build resilience, strengthen your confidence, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical guidance so you leave each session feeling understood and equipped to move forward. We'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped your life while building healthy coping strategies and practical skills that support lasting growth. My approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because every person's journey is different and deserves an approach tailored to their unique needs. Together, we can work through grief and loss, emotional regulation, life transitions, family conflict, self esteem, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, always adapting therapy to your personal goals, strengths, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels right for you. I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're hoping to heal from past experiences, strengthen important relationships, better manage anxiety, or simply reconnect with yourself again, we'll work together to build practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and confident in your ability to move forward.
