Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Tiffany McCullum. I have been in practice for years, specializing in adult psychotherapy. I enjoy helping people through relationship issues, transitional periods in life, and daily stressors. I have experience working with all mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a participatory and direct psychologist. I help guide clients through their stressors, identify causes, and increase skills related to coping and assertive communication.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often state improved mood and relief after the first session. I encourage increased awareness, mindfulness techniques, and boundary setting. I work with the client to identify what goals each client would like to focus on.
