Great to meet you!

Taking the step to start therapy requires courage, and I am so glad you are here. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing a chronic mental health condition, or feeling completely overwhelmed by daily stressors, you don't have to carry it all alone. My goal is to collaborate with you to create a supportive, compassionate, and entirely judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard and empowered to initiate positive, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a fluid, open dialogue centered around what is achievable and meaningful to you. My therapeutic style is deeply rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I blend evidence-based modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, helping you connect with your values and build practical tools for the real world.

Depending on your goals, we may utilize:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness to help you anchor yourself in the present and live aligned with your core values.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.
  • Solution-Focused & Trauma-Informed Care to build on your inherent strengths while honoring your past experiences.
  • Emotionally Focused & Interpersonal Therapies to deepen your self-awareness and improve communication in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

A successful therapy session for me is to provide a client with some relief, peace of mind, and an action plan to address their identified issues. I assess every session for any risks, barriers, or safety concerns for the client. I consider a session as an open forum for the client to address their struggles and help them develop insight into current symptoms, articulate strengths, and identify coping skills that work for them.
