Great to meet you!

You might be someone who’s used to holding it all together—managing responsibilities, showing up for others, and staying high-functioning on the outside—while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

I bring over 15 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I primarily work with adults and also support adolescents, especially those who feel overextended or are experiencing low mood despite continuing to function at a high level.

Many of my clients come to therapy not because things are falling apart—but because something doesn’t feel quite right. They’re looking for a space to slow down, think more clearly, and reconnect with themselves without pressure or judgment.

I have a particular interest in supporting women through transitions, including family planning, shifting roles, and balancing personal and professional demands.

Clients who tend to benefit most from working with me are open to self-reflection and want both practical tools and deeper insight—not just quick fixes, but meaningful, lasting change.

Licensure: Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Wisconsin PK–12 School Counselor.

Education: University of Wisconsin–Stout — M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling; M.S. School Counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine connection. I help clients move beyond surface-level coping and toward deeper understanding, clarity, and sustainable change.

I integrate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented approaches to help you recognize patterns, regulate emotions, and make more intentional choices. Therapy is both supportive and gently challenging—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert on your life. In our first session, we’ll begin building a shared understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to be different.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to learn about your experiences, challenges, and strengths, while giving you space to share at a pace that feels comfortable—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

By the end, we’ll begin identifying a path forward so you can leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together might look like.
