Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tiffany! As a Hispanic therapist with over 12 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through life’s toughest moments. With more than 20 years in human services, I’ve worked with a wide range of challenges, but my heart is especially in helping those struggling with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and depression. No matter what you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I believe in creating a partnership where we work together to build a treatment plan that truly resonates with you. I see therapy not as a set of rigid approaches but as a space for us to explore what feels right for your unique needs and experiences. Each person’s struggles and growth are deeply personal, and that’s why your treatment plan should be just as unique. Together, we’ll find what works best for you, ensuring you feel empowered, understood, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I believe in giving you the space to share, process, and explore what’s on your mind at your own pace. My goal is not only to create a safe, open environment but also to help you leave each session feeling better than when you walked in. Whether it’s a shift in perspective or simple strategies to carry with you, I want you to walk away with something positive that you can apply to your daily life—tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
