Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I help individuals reconnect with joy and cultivate lives grounded in authenticity and self-compassion. For the past fifteen years, my work has focused on supporting children, adults and families as they navigate loss and trauma. In recent years, I have expanded this commitment by integrating creative expression and awareness-based practices that deepen emotional understanding and promote meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

Together, we create space for new, courageous patterns to emerge—patterns that honor your values, respect your boundaries, and reflect your personal truth. My approach centers on compassion, resilience-building, and empowering individuals—especially young people—to process their experiences in meaningful, transformative ways. At the heart of my work is a core belief: you deserve to feel safe, deeply seen, and unconditionally supported.

What you can expect from me

I offer a compassionate, shame-free therapeutic space where growth can unfold through creativity, emotional safety, and authentic collaboration. During our introductory session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy.
