Great to meet you!

When you work with me, you can expect a safe, affirming, and empowering space tailored to your healing journey. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience since 2019, dedicated to helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and patterns of self-neglect. I specialize in working with people who often feel overwhelmed by perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and overthinking, helping them move toward self-compassion, clarity, and healthy boundaries.

I use a trauma-informed approach that centers your comfort and emotional safety, so you always feel supported and in control. For deeper healing, I offer EMDR therapy, a highly effective method for processing and releasing trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices that support lasting change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, so you can develop healthier beliefs, emotional responses, and coping skills.

I also integrate Attachment Theory to explore how your early life experiences shape your current relationships, emotional reactions, and sense of self. This helps us identify patterns that may be holding you back and build more secure, fulfilling connections.

For clients working through trauma, I offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—a powerful method that helps reprocess painful memories and reduce their emotional charge, so you can move forward with greater peace and resilience.

What you can expect from me

  • Increased Self-Awareness – Gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns.
  • Stronger Boundaries – Learn how to set and maintain boundaries that honor your needs and well-being.
  • Emotional Regulation Skills – Develop techniques to manage anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions effectively.
  • Empowerment & Confidence – Shift from self-doubt to self-trust, making decisions that align with your values.
  • Healing from Trauma – For those processing trauma, expect a compassionate, structured approach that fosters healing at your own pace.
  • Personalized Coping Strategies – Walk away with practical tools tailored to your unique struggles and strengths.
