Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I value change and the importance of having a life of goodness. While working with my clients, I will aid in symptom management and coping skill building using harm reduction, parent-child interaction, compassion work, and mindfulness living. I follow the evidence-based practice of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SBT) and also integrate other therapies to assist.

My approach to therapy

My ultimate intention as a therapist is to help others reach their purpose and promote better outcomes while treating them with the utmost respect. I want them to experience the therapeutic setting as a place to be heard and understood when one may not have that opportunity in their day-to-day. I tend to be direct, yet compassionate towards my clients in a way that help solve their struggles in a productive way.

What you can expect from me

It is my motivation to guide clients on their journey of healing as they attack issues related to mood, grief, substance abuse, and maladaptive behaviors that do not serve them well. My clients can expect to see the utmost change in their lives.
