Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am so happy you're here. It is both a privilege and an honor to join my clients on their journeys and play a part in their healing and growth. While I believe every person is the expert of their own life, I also believe therapy can be a powerful opportunity for partnership, and a place to feel seen, heard, and understood.

My educational background includes a Master of Social Work, and my undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Sociology. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My focus as a therapist is to provide a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may feel overwhelming or challenging. My goal is to be empathetic, compassionate, and supportive. I meet people where they are, and walk alongside them until we get to where they want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will explore your history, current symptoms you're experiencing, and will discuss the goals you want to achieve during out time together in therapy. This will also be a great opportunity to get to know one another.
