Great to meet you!

Tiffany works with women, who are navigating emotional pain, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and identity challenges. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for clients dealing with anxiety, heartbreak, self-esteem issues, trauma, codependency, communication difficulties, and patterns that hold them back from living in alignment with who they truly are.

Tiffany has extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, women’s mental health, relational healing, and identity rebuilding. She has been practicing for over a decade, helping clients move from overwhelm and emotional exhaustion to clarity, confidence, and emotional stability. As both a therapist and clinical supervisor, she supports her team of clinicians at Color Me Well Marriage & Family Therapy while maintaining a deeply client-centered practice.

Her treatment approach is rooted in mind-body awareness, emotional resilience, inner child healing, and practical tools clients can use immediately. Tiffany blends evidence-based methods with a warm, direct, and intuitive style that helps clients feel seen, supported, and safe to grow. She believes therapy should help you understand yourself, break old cycles, and create a life that reflects who you really are—not who you’ve been conditioned to be.

serve as the foundation of her clients’ transformation.

Tiffany earned her graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and has continued her training in trauma recovery, women’s emotional health, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and relational systems work. Before founding Color Me Well, she worked in multiple care settings, where she strengthened her ability to guide clients through emotional regulation, self-compassion practices, and identity shifts—techniques that now serve as the foundation of her clients’ transformation.

My approach to therapy

Her goal for every client is healing, empowerment, stability, and alignment. Tiffany wants her clients to build emotional strength, improve their relationships, reclaim their sense of self, develop healthy boundaries, and move toward the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to become. She believes that with the right support, every woman can rewrite her story, heal deeply, and step fully into her power.

What you can expect from me

Tiffany believes therapy should feel like a partnership. Her clients often share that they appreciate her balance of warmth and honesty, her culturally responsive care, and her ability to create a space where they can be vulnerable without judgment. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, intuition, and real-world understanding that helps her clients experience meaningful and lasting change.
