Great to meet you!
Tiffany works with women, who are navigating emotional pain, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and identity challenges. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for clients dealing with anxiety, heartbreak, self-esteem issues, trauma, codependency, communication difficulties, and patterns that hold them back from living in alignment with who they truly are.
Tiffany has extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, women’s mental health, relational healing, and identity rebuilding. She has been practicing for over a decade, helping clients move from overwhelm and emotional exhaustion to clarity, confidence, and emotional stability. As both a therapist and clinical supervisor, she supports her team of clinicians at Color Me Well Marriage & Family Therapy while maintaining a deeply client-centered practice.
Her treatment approach is rooted in mind-body awareness, emotional resilience, inner child healing, and practical tools clients can use immediately. Tiffany blends evidence-based methods with a warm, direct, and intuitive style that helps clients feel seen, supported, and safe to grow. She believes therapy should help you understand yourself, break old cycles, and create a life that reflects who you really are—not who you’ve been conditioned to be.
serve as the foundation of her clients’ transformation.
Tiffany earned her graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and has continued her training in trauma recovery, women’s emotional health, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and relational systems work. Before founding Color Me Well, she worked in multiple care settings, where she strengthened her ability to guide clients through emotional regulation, self-compassion practices, and identity shifts—techniques that now serve as the foundation of her clients’ transformation.
