With a Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy, I utilize expressive arts, EMDR, CBT, REBT and other interventions to help those with anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD and life challenges find a path to a better lifestyle. Drawing from 15+ years of experience with diverse populations, I'm passionate about providing effective therapies to improve quality of life. I'm grateful for the trust clients place in me during this therapeutic journey.
