Great to meet you!

Life can begin to feel overwhelming when anxiety, past experiences, or constant stress start affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to enjoy everyday moments. You may find yourself feeling on edge, emotionally drained, or wondering why it seems so difficult to move forward despite your best efforts. You don't have to carry those challenges alone. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, anger management, trauma, PTSD, and emotional healing after difficult life experiences. I work with adolescents and adults who are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier ways to cope, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered while building the confidence and resilience to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience where you feel safe exploring your story while also gaining practical tools you can begin using in everyday life. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your existing resilience, and build strategies that support long term growth rather than temporary relief. My therapeutic approach incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing us to process difficult experiences, better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and create healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. I commonly help clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, stress, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of painful experiences, always tailoring treatment to your individual goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help. My role is to meet you where you are, encourage honest conversations, and support meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Together we'll celebrate growth, navigate setbacks with compassion, and focus on building practical skills that continue serving you long after each session ends. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, more confident in yourself, and better equipped to face life's challenges with clarity and resilience.
