Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My professional background includes working with individuals, couples, and families, and I approach therapy through a whole-person, systems-based lens.

I work primarily with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, identity exploration, and emotional regulation. I’m especially mindful of creating a space that feels safe and nonjudgmental for clients who may feel overwhelmed, guarded, or unsure where to begin.

Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I value authenticity and connection, and I take time to truly listen and understand your experience rather than rushing toward answers or solutions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and paced to you. I meet you where you are emotionally and move at a speed that feels respectful and empowering. Therapy with me is a space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity, compassion, and care.

I gently challenge when it’s helpful, but never in a way that feels overwhelming or dismissive. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported and understood, and when therapy feels like something we’re doing together rather than something being done to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to settle in and see how it feels to work together. We’ll focus on what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support looks like for you right now.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll help guide the conversation while making sure you feel heard and respected. Most clients leave the first session feeling more grounded, supported, and clearer about next steps.
