Great to meet you!

I welcome anyone who is ready to heal and create meaningful change. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed by complex trauma, childhood wounds, deep shame, perfectionism, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction or repeating self-sabotaging patterns that leave them exhausted and disconnected from themselves and others. In therapy, you can expect a safe, compassionate space to gently process difficult emotions, release burdens from the past, reduce self-criticism, and build self-compassion and healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life. Many experience greater peace, authenticity, and emotional freedom.

I’m an LCSW with 10+ years’ experience helping adults heal from trauma, perfectionism, shame, and self-sabotage. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care (EMDR). I specialize in supporting women, helping professionals, and first responders through burnout, complex trauma, and perfectionism.

If you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by shame or perfectionism, experiencing addiction, or stuck in self-sabotaging patterns that leave you exhausted and disconnected, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I will help you build confidence in yourself and finally experience inner peace in your life.

My approach to therapy

10 yrs. experience, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Masters in Social Work (MSW). I graduated from University of Southern California & University of Utah. I am a trauma-informed therapist, certified EMDR practitioner, specializing in anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, and addiction.

I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together we'll create a safe space to gently process difficult experiences, build practical skills, reduce suffering, and help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
