Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re managing things on the outside—but internally, something still feels heavy, tense, or unresolved.

Maybe it shows up as lingering effects of trauma that you can’t quite shake. Maybe it’s grief that hasn’t softened in the way you expected. Or maybe it’s chronic pain or physical symptoms that don’t fully make sense medically, but feel very real in your daily life.

Whatever brings you here, you’re not overreacting—and you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, thoughtful adults who have spent years pushing through discomfort, staying busy, or trying to “handle it on their own.” Therapy becomes the first space where they can slow down, be honest about what’s happening internally, and begin to actually heal—not just cope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the connection between mind and body.

Rather than focusing only on insight or talking through events, we also pay attention to how your nervous system responds in the present—and what it needs in order to feel safer, more regulated, and less overwhelmed.

This may include:

  • exploring patterns connected to past experiences
  • noticing body-based responses to stress or triggers
  • building tools for emotional regulation and grounding
  • gently processing unresolved grief or trauma at a tolerable pace

The goal is not to rush healing—but to create conditions where real, lasting change becomes possible.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are steady, collaborative, and paced based on what feels manageable for you.

You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for. At the same time, we also don’t stay only at the surface level—we work with what’s actually contributing to your current emotional or physical experience.

Clients often describe therapy with me as:

  • grounding
  • clarifying
  • and the first time they’ve felt fully understood in a long time
